We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✨ Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

💍 Non-Returnable Items

Because of their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items marked final sale

  • Due to hygiene and safety, all earring sales are final and non-returnable.

💌 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@bijouxsilva.store with your order number.

  2. We'll send return instructions.

  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue your refund or send your new piece.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  5. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ACCURATE. IN THE EVENT THAT A PACAKAGE IS RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO INNACURATE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS, A RETURN FEE AND RESHIP FEE WILL BE CHARGED. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
